KHS S1A 2003 Class List

This is a comment extracted from one of the Alumni Whatsapp groupchats.
Background story;
A one Twinamatsiko Bob shared the roll call sheet above of S1.A 2003 class on 4th March 2017 and one of the students in that class (Paul B. Kanoti) comments;

[04/03 20:07] Paul B. Kanoti: Wherever @Twinamatsiko Bob got this from, aha!  has awakened 14 year old memories. I remember the faces of 95% of all those names, my Senior 1 classmates.

I remember life as engata, in our khaki oversized shots, white shirt whose badge wouldn’t fade and the nice green sweater (as green as the school compound).

I remember the timetable we had for cleaning ablutions every Saturday as freshmen waiting for buchayi and a boiled egg there after.

@.Sabiti Apollo Sunday , @Musene James , @Carlos Muhumuza Robert , i hope you remember the *dulu competions in front of the school notice board at break and lunch time?

The swimming treks in the cliff waters where Biito nearly drowned one evening. We were short kabisa!

The s4 class that was just behind our stream that they later changed due to it’s endless strikes and teasing year 1s

Do you remember the July 2003 strike where the chairman BOG gave us 10minutes to vacate the school?

You remember Priscilla, Daphine and Charity that were run after’s during our S1 year oh and Asasira Brenda Pearl– ABP, Miss Tourism 2014? My heart’s run after then? Oh how she tortured my heart? I will boast in knowing I have always had a sense of taste even at our tender age.
Didn’t I add Azaria to my names to rhythm alike (Azaria Byamukama Paul: ABP) unfortunately nobody noticed including her highness since she sent Shine Nyonyonzi to update me of how she couldn’t “love” me.

You remember teacher Nezehose who would be sort of drunk every class session?

You remember headmaster Gimuguni who’s arrival wasn’t warmly welcomed  since Uncle Henry had been everyone’s darling for decades?

I can comfortably return back to 2003 and live life to the full again.

We cried, we played, participated in kashato competitions, the first and last karere competitions with teams like Dochester united, experienced the last harsh life as engata in the history of the school. We excelled come 2006, 2008 UCE and UACE respectively and our record’s are still unbeaten.

WE LIVED!

Cheers to everyone who remember’s their life as a fresher.
